1. Acceptance of Terms / شرائط کی قبولیت
By downloading, installing, or using Pharma Khata ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
فارما خاتا ڈاؤن لوڈ، انسٹال یا استعمال کرکے، آپ ان شرائط سے بندھنے پر اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔
2. Description of Service / سروس کی وضاحت
Pharma Khata is a pharmacy management application that provides:
- Inventory management and tracking
- Point of Sale (POS) functionality
- Sales reporting and analytics
- Invoice generation and printing
- Medicine expiry alerts
- Cloud data synchronization
3. Subscription and Payment / سبسکرپشن اور ادائیگی
Important / اہم: Your subscription is active only for the period you pay for. If you pay for 1 month, you get 1 month access. There are no automatic renewals.
- Monthly Plan: Rs 1,000 for 1 month
- 6-Month Plan: Rs 5,000 for 6 months (Save Rs 1,000)
- Yearly Plan: Rs 9,000 for 12 months (Save Rs 3,000)
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Pharma Khata does not store your payment card details.
4. Account Registration / اکاؤنٹ رجسٹریشن
To use Pharma Khata, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. Data and Privacy / ڈیٹا اور رازداری
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. Acceptable Use / مناسب استعمال
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App to harm others or their business
7. Data Migration / ڈیٹا ٹرانسفر
You can access your data from multiple devices. When you switch from phone to computer, all your data syncs automatically. We are not responsible for data loss due to:
- Failure to maintain internet connectivity
- Account deletion by you
- Violation of these terms
8. Intellectual Property / ذہینی ملکیت
Pharma Khata and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Pharma Khata and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability / ذمہ داری کی حد
Pharma Khata is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical issues
10. Subscription Expiry / سبسکرپشن کی مدت
Note: Your subscription expires at the end of your paid period. You will need to renew to continue using premium features. Expiry alerts and data access may be limited after subscription ends.
11. Termination / ختم
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms / شرائط میں تبدیلیاں
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.
13. Governing Law / ناائم قانون
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
